Returns and Warranty
Pre-Approval Return Policy:
Our goal is to exceed customer expectations in terms of
service, product quality and overall integrity. Please call

for prior approval before returning any items. No returns
accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return
shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned
and inspected.
Return Policy for Non Food Items (Zapper
and Ionic Footbath.):
Items in new condition with the original warranty are returnable
with a 10% restocking fee. Used items will not be accepted
as a return.
Return Policy for Food Items:
Food items may be returned unopened and unused for any reason
within thirty days. Simply inform us of your desire to return,
and then enclose the packing slip and a note with it to
let us know how you would like your credit to be issued
immediately to your charge card or exchange. Our return

Warranty
Both the Ionic Footbath and Zapper come with a limited (1)
year warranty. Indigenous Nutrition, LLC (IN) warrants that
for a period of one year from the date of purchase, this
product will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
IN, at its option, will repair or replace this product if
found to be defective during the warranty period.
This warranty doesn't cover normal wear
or parts or damage resulting from any of the following:
negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper
voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions,
disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone. Further, the
warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood,
hurricanes and tornadoes.
Where do your products come from?
Over the past few years we have built relationships with
bee keepers throughout the state of Arizona. Most of our
honey and bee pollen is supplied from them and is wild crafted.
We also market an Organic Manuka honey which is tested,
certified and originates from the pristine nature preserves
of New Zealand.
Our superfoods are sourced from only
a select few importers who are committed to only the highest
quality, organic, fair trade, and sustainably farmed food
products available. All of our cacao products originate
from Ecuador, which in our opinion is the best tasting and
highest quality cacao in the world.
