MILK
Hemp Milk
1 Part Hemp Seed
4 Parts Water
1 Vanilla Bean
Celtic Sea Salt
Blend at high speed and strain pulp from the nut milk
Almond
Milk
1 cup raw almonds
4 cups water
Soak almonds
overnight
Drain and rinse and blend almonds with water
Strain through a nut milk bag
Can use immediately or store for up to (5) days
SMOOTHIES
Choca-Maca-Longevity Smoothie
40 oz of Hemp Milk
½ Cup of Cacao Nibs
2 TB of Raw Honey
2 TB of Maca
2 TB of Cacao Powder
2 TB of Coconut Oil
2 TB of Pure Synergy or Revitaphi (green superfood blends)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cordyceps Mushroom
2 Frozen Bananas
Add some ice if desired
Blend to perfection; this makes
a full 60 oz pitcher, cut in ½ for a smaller amount.
Hemp-Cacao-Blueberry Smoothie
20 oz Hemp Milk
1 frozen banana
1 cup wild blueberries
2 TB maca
2 TB cacao nibs
1 TB local bee pollen
1 TB coconut oil
1 TB raw honey (or more if preferred)
Cacao Smoothie
1/2 cup water
¼ cup coconut butter
¼ cup raw honey or agave
1 TB tahini 1/8 vanilla bean seeds or powder
2 pinches cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
Blend everything together to
make base and then add 2 more cups of water and blend some

Super Hero Smoothie with Maca
2 cups purified water or almond milk, or 1 young coconut
2 cups fresh strawberries or fruit of choice
1 TB soy lecithin
1 or 2 TB Green Powder (Pure Synergy), spirulina, or chlorella
1 tsp to 1 TB maca powder
1 to 2 TB cacao powder
1 TB Irish Moss paste Sweeten to taste (honey, agave, yacon,
or stevia)
Blend until smooth, drink, and
feel amazing! Serves 2

Magic Maca Smoothie
1 cup banana
1 cup coconut water or (water + pinch of sea salt + 2 dates)
2 TB almond butter, cashew butter or tahini
2 TB coconut pulp or (3 TB shredded coconut)
1 TB maca powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger pinch of lemon zest

Choca-Maca Love Shake #9
1 cup hemp seeds
1 cup water
½ cup cacao nibs
1/8 cup dark agave
1/8 cup maca powder
2 TB cacao powder
2 TB coconut oil
1 TB mesquite powder
½-1 vanilla bean
1 tsp cinnamon
1. In a blender emulsify all ingredients.
2. Slowly add up to 40 ounces of cold water, and 1-2 frozen
bananas if desired.

Cacao-Hemp-Spirulina Balls
¼ cup hempseed
½ cup cacao powder
2 TB spirulina
2 TB coconut oil
3 TB raw honey pinch of Celtic sea salt
1 vanilla bean (inside) or 1 tsp. vanilla bean powder
Mix in a large both with your hands, roll into little balls,
freeze for 15 minutes and enjoy.

Dark Chocolate Super-Goji Fudge
2 cups raw cacao powder
2 cups hemp seeds
1 cup goji berries, soaked in 1 cup water
½ cup dark agave nectar
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup cacao nibs
¼ cup cacao butter, melted 2 TB maca powder
1 cup wild jungle peanuts or macadamia nuts pinch salt optional,
½ cup mesquite powder
1. In a large food processor, slowly
combine ingredients in the order listed above.
2. Add peanuts only to mix them in. Scrape into a shallow
pan and refrigerate or freeze. When solid, cut into 1" by
1" pieces and bliss out.

bliss is excellent)
